Empowered Women Strengthen Communities.

In September 2025, Dress for Success Atlanta introduced *The Sustain**HER* Initiative.

In partnership with business and non-profit leaders across an array of industries, this initiative offers the women we serve access to entry-level certification programs that upon completion, will increase their earning potential, open pathways to access work opportunities that provide family sustaining wages, and make it possible for our clients to build the futures they want and deserve.

The diversity of certifications available to the women we serve under our SustainHER Initiative will continue to grow in 2026 and in the years to come. Dress for Success Atlanta is thrilled to introduce this initiative and expand access to opportunities that move the needle in lives of the women we serve. Supporting one woman in reaching her potential by offering the tools and resources that provide access to opportunities that lift her out of poverty, ensures a better life for not just one woman, but her family and community.
